Common Questions

How do I create an account?
Go to /signup and fill out the form with your email, name, and password. We'll send you a verification email.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to /forgot-password, enter your email, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Is my password stored securely?
Yes. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text, so no one at Bosferi can read them. See Account Security for details.
What does "Remember me" do?
It keeps you signed in for 30 days instead of 14. Only use it on trusted personal devices. Learn more in Sign In guide.
How do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with the details. Security reports are handled first. Please don't post vulnerabilities publicly.
