One location or several

Each location has its own hours and its own services. Customers choose where to go before they pick a time.

Deposits or full payment online

Ask for a deposit (a percentage or a fixed amount) or the full price when customers book. They pay by card on your page, and the time is only booked once it's paid.

Your money, straight to you

Payments go to your own Stripe account and Bosferi takes no cut, only Stripe's card fees apply. Refund all or part of a payment from the appointment.

Your page shows your name, logo and welcome message. Steps with only one choice are skipped.

Service, place, time, done

Customers pick a service, a location and a free time, then fill in your form. Only times that are really open are shown.

Emails in their language

Customers get a confirmation, reminders before the visit and an email for every change, in English, French or Spanish.

Every booking has a private link to cancel, pick a new time or add it to their calendar.

Bookings can be confirmed right away, or wait as requests until someone on your team accepts them.

How soon and how far ahead

Set the minimum notice, how many days ahead customers can book (up to a year) and how often a time starts, from every 5 to every 60 minutes.

Cancellation and change limits

Choose whether customers can cancel or reschedule online, and how late. Add your cancellation policy and instructions to the page.

Good to know

Online payment is by card, through your own Stripe account. Reminders go out by email. Customers book with your business, not with a specific person.
