Does Expenses connect to my bank?

Not yet. Real bank connections and automatic transaction matching aren't available. Everything else on this page is fully working expense tracking without a bank connection.

What if the AI gets a receipt wrong?

Every scan comes back with a confidence score, and anything under 75% is flagged for a second look before it becomes an expense. You can always adjust any field, or enter the expense by hand.

Which receipt files can I upload?

JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, and PDF files, up to 15 MB each. Image receipts can be read by AI. PDF receipts attach to an expense just fine, but you enter their details by hand.

Does scanning a receipt cost anything?

Each AI scan uses AI credits from your company's shared balance, the same credits as the rest of Bosferi AI. If a scan fails, the credits are given back. Adding an expense or a receipt by hand never uses credits.

How much does Expenses cost?

Expenses is $15 a month for your whole company, with a 14-day free trial. It's included at no extra cost on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Who can see our expenses?

Only the people in your company who have access to Expenses. Everyone with access sees the same company-wide expenses. You can remove the app from a member, or make them view-only so they can see expenses without adding, editing, or deleting them.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your expenses to CSV anytime, or download a full company export (categories, vendors, recurring bills, receipts, expenses, and settings) as JSON from Settings.

Will a wrong click cost me data?

Deleting a single expense shows an undo. Bulk delete and merging ask you to confirm first and can't be undone. Categories are archived rather than deleted so history stays intact, and merging a category or vendor moves every expense that pointed at it.

Is there a mobile app for Expenses?

Yes. The Bosferi mobile app has an Expenses tab with the same data as the web app. You can snap or upload a receipt, have AI read it, and add, edit, or delete expenses, categories, and vendors. Recurring expenses, reports, bulk actions, and settings stay on the web app for now.
