From a service to a booked customer.

Here's exactly what happens, from adding your first service to managing the appointments that come in.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Add what customers can book

Create a service with a name, how long it takes, optional buffers, a photo and a price. Ask for a deposit or the full price online if you want, and choose which locations offer it.

    Add what customers can book

Tip. Add a buffer after a service to leave time to clean up. That time is blocked, so the next booking can't start too early.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Set your time zone and hours

Pick your business time zone, then enter your weekly hours. Add special hours for one date or time off for a holiday whenever you need to.

Set your time zone and hours

Tip. Working split shifts? Add two time ranges on the same day, like 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Choose what you ask

Decide whether phone, last name and notes are hidden, optional or required, and add your own questions.

    Choose what you ask

Tip. Keep the form short. You can add up to 10 questions, but every question is one more thing to fill in before booking.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Choose your rules

Decide how far ahead and how late customers can book, how many bookings can happen at once, whether to confirm automatically and which reminders to send.

    Choose your rules

Tip. Two chairs or three rooms? Raise the number of bookings at the same time instead of making copies of a service.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Publish and share your link

Turn your booking page on and share the link on your website, your social profiles or in a message.

    Publish and share your link

Tip. Put the link on your website and in your social profiles, so customers can book from wherever they find you.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    A customer books

They pick a service, a place and a free time, fill in your form, pay the deposit if you ask for one, and get a confirmation email with a private link to change it.

    A customer books

Tip. Steps with only one choice are skipped. With one location, customers go straight to picking a time.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Manage appointments

See every booking, confirm or cancel it, move it to another time or assign it to a team member. Customers are emailed about every change.

    Manage appointments

Tip. Took a booking by phone? Add it from the dashboard, even outside your opening hours.
