How much does Digital Signage cost?

Digital Signage is $15 a month for your whole company, with a 14-day free trial. There's no extra charge per screen, so you can connect as many as you need.

Which screens work with Digital Signage?

Any screen that can open a web page. That includes smart TVs with a built-in browser, Fire TV with a browser app, a Raspberry Pi or mini PC, or a Chromecast with a tab cast from your phone or laptop. The dashboard shows the setup steps for each one.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The screen keeps playing. It saves your images and videos on the device and remembers its last playlist, then picks up any changes once it's back online.

How fast do changes show up on my screens?

Within seconds. Each screen checks for changes about every 20 seconds, so a new playlist, a remote restart or an emergency broadcast reaches it shortly after you save.

What can I show on a screen?

Images and videos from Bosferi Files, or uploaded from your phone with a QR code. A playlist can hold up to 500 items. Web pages, live text and widgets aren't supported.

Can I show different playlists at different times?

Yes. Give each screen time slots by day of the week and hour, in your company's timezone, with a default playlist for the rest of the time. You can also give single items a start and end date, or take over every screen with an emergency broadcast.

Who on my team can change what's on the screens?

You choose per member in Settings, App access. A member can have edit access, or view only access to see screens and playlists without changing them.

Is there a mobile app?

Not for Digital Signage. You manage screens and playlists in Bosferi on the web, which also works in your phone's browser, and you can upload photos and videos from your phone with a QR code.

Type the code

Scheduling

Show the right content without touching the screen.

Plan it once in the dashboard. Each screen works out what to show on its own, in your company's timezone.

Time slots by day

Pick days of the week and a start and end time. Slots can run past midnight, and a priority decides which one wins when two overlap.

A default playlist

Outside every slot, the screen plays its default playlist, so it's never left blank.

Start and end dates per item

Give a promo a date to appear and a date to disappear. It comes and goes on its own.

Emergency broadcast

Put one playlist on every screen at once. Stop it and each screen goes back to its own schedule.
