Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists so a small number of bad actors can't degrade the product for everyone else using it in good faith.
1Prohibited activity
You may not use Bosferi to:
- Break the law, or facilitate someone else breaking it.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing attempts through any Bosferi app.
- Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or violates their privacy. Bosferi doesn't scan uploaded files for viruses or malware. Your organisation is responsible for making sure anything it uploads is safe.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other people using the product.
- Attempt to access another organisation's data, or accounts you're not authorised to use.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Bosferi, beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the product to a third party without our agreement.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the service. For example, overloading it, or attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls.
2Using Bosferi AI
Bosferi AI and the other AI features follow the same rules as the rest of the product. You may not use them to:
- Create content that is illegal, deceptive, or meant to harm or harass someone.
- Impersonate a real person or organization, or present AI output as something it isn't.
- Submit personal data or files you don't have the right to share.
AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it or share it, especially for financial, legal or medical decisions.
4Security research
If you want to test Bosferi's security, report what you find. Don't exploit it. Use the dedicated security reporting option rather than probing production systems or accessing data that isn't yours. Good-faith security research reported through that channel won't be treated as a violation of this policy; testing that risks other customers' data or service availability is not in good faith, regardless of intent.
5Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity. See the Terms of Service's termination section. Where practical, we'll tell you what happened and why.
6Contact
Questions about this policy, or to report a violation: [email protected].

3Publishing to social networks
When you connect a social account, Bosferi publishes on your behalf. Only connect accounts you are allowed to manage, and only publish content you have the rights to.
Each network has its own rules. Content you publish through Bosferi must follow them as well as this policy, and a network can act on your account under its own terms.
