Credit Terms

Every plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits, shown in your account's AI settings. Included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Any unused included credits are forfeited when the cycle resets, they are not refunded or converted to purchased credits.

You can buy additional one-time credit packs from your account when you need more than your plan's monthly allotment. Purchased credits don't reset with your billing cycle and stay available for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credits still unused after 12 months expire. When you use AI features, included credits are drawn down first. Purchased credits are only used once your included balance for the current cycle is exhausted.

Credit pack prices may change at any time. Each purchase is charged at the price shown at the time you buy it. A later price change never affects credits you've already purchased.

If you have a saved payment method on file, a credit pack is charged immediately to that payment method. If your bank requires additional verification (such as 3D Secure), or if you don't have a saved payment method yet, you'll be asked to confirm the charge directly before it completes.

Credits are added to your balance once the payment is confirmed as successful. This can take a few seconds after your card is charged. Your account's AI settings page shows a pack purchase as pending until that confirmation completes, and will reflect the added credits automatically once it does.

In rare cases a payment may be charged successfully but its confirmation is delayed. If a purchase remains unconfirmed for an extended period, contact us using the details below with your purchase date and amount so we can verify it against our payment processor's records and credit your account manually if needed.

Credit pack refund policy: All AI credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including for unused credits, except where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal or a refund. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge that was made in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a purchase you did not authorize). See the contact option below.

AI credits are tied to the company account that purchased them and have no cash value outside the platform. They cannot be transferred to another company account, exchanged for cash, or resold. If the company account is deleted, any remaining credits are lost.

When we change these terms we update this page. Material changes will be communicated to the account owner before they take effect.
